Requesting a return

Send your order number, the reason for the request and clear photos when relevant. We will review the order, product condition and any product-specific conditions before confirming eligibility.

Approval and resolution

Wait for return instructions before sending a product. Depending on the issue and applicable law, the available resolution may include replacement, store credit or refund. Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method where possible.
